Organized and maintained all IT business records, performed intranet site updates, and conducted IT research for leadership team.
  • Created an IT Library and electronic catalog on IT intranet site with more than 600 titles including books, magazines, training materials and company informational pieces.
  • Identified, organized and developed a classification and control system to manage IT business records.
  • Performed updates to IT intranet and the Program Management sites.
  • Supported IT research needs using internet and business partner resources.
  • Collaborated with the planning and coordination of department’s bi-monthly accomplishments celebration and provided administrative support to the Program Management Office (PMO).
Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO)

Started as Temporary status, and after three months, was promoted to Admin for Executive Team. Supported Directors and Vice Presidents in the IT department maintaining their calendars, planning staff meetings and conference calls, answering or directing phone calls, creating and updating reports, spread- sheets, and presentations, and purchasing office supplies.
  • Created and audited expense reports assuring company policies were followed, handled approval of invoices and maintained budget forecast information to input in budget system.
  • Established a standard procedure for ordering supplies and managed annual budget of $24,000.
  • Coordinated repairs of office equipment, managed reservation of audiovisual equipment and performed updates to team intranet sites.
  • TTrained new administrative personnel on office procedures and company policies.
  • Designed and coordinated PRIDE and ITAST electronic newsletters.
  • Led fundraising efforts to benefit the American Cancer Society through “Making Strides against Breast Cancer” as representative of PRIDE Committee.
Cendant Timeshare Resort Group (CTRG)/WVO

Coordinated the distribution of telecom bills, coded invoices and requested approvals for payment.
  • Obtained account information from vendors, copies of bills and maintained updates of contact informa- tion.
  • Supported research needs by identifying accounts with past due balances and processing bills for payment, reducing significantly the amount of past due accounts for the company’s resorts.
Inter American University of Puerto Rico, San German Campus

Supported the Typography Department by performing desktop publishing tasks for all university branches, performed secretarial duties and supported other printing press departments.

  • Created typography of forms, business cards, bulletins, brochures, invitations, books.
  • Met with clients to get approval of typography materials.
  • Scanned photos and/or graphics to be used by art designer.
  • Supported clerical needs in absence of Secreatry by answering calls, preparing reports, creating deposit paperwork, creating weekly timesheets for employees and students working in the office.
